Role overview

This contract role is for a marketing domain specialist who can support the creation of realistic AI training data. The work is fully remote and centered on enterprise marketing workflows, business productivity scenarios, and high-quality business writing.

Compensation and commitment

Pay is set at $10 to $40 per hour, with a weekly time commitment of 10 to 40 hours.

Responsibilities

  • Use deep enterprise marketing knowledge to build realistic training examples for AI systems, focused on marketing operations and productivity use cases.
  • Create polished marketing materials such as campaign plans, stakeholder messages, reports, presentations, and project documents that reflect professional standards.
  • Study fictional company scenarios and craft accurate user prompts along with ideal AI responses that mirror real business situations.
  • Develop useful follow-up suggestions and evaluate whether AI-generated answers are relevant, strong, and accurate.
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders to keep scenarios precise, useful, and aligned with the intended outcome.
  • Use structured analysis and logical reasoning to improve the quality and performance of the training data.

Requirements

  • Proven background in enterprise marketing operations, business writing, and content strategy in a professional setting.
  • Strong analytical judgment and the ability to assess marketing content for clarity, correctness, and business value.
  • Experience creating prompts or prompt-like instructions based on realistic business situations.
  • Comfort using Microsoft 365 tools, especially for document preparation and project coordination.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, plus strong attention to detail.
