Marketing Operations Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Operations Manager to work on a contract basis, fully remote. This role involves leveraging extensive knowledge in enterprise marketing to assist in developing refined AI training data centered on marketing workflows and business productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize expertise in enterprise marketing to create realistic AI training datasets focusing on marketing operations and productivity scenarios.
• Create high-quality marketing materials such as campaign strategies, communications for stakeholders, comprehensive reports, compelling presentations, and thorough project documentation that incorporate industry best practices.
• Analyze and interpret fictional company scenarios to craft authentic user prompts and exemplary AI-generated responses that align with practical business challenges.
• Provide insightful recommendations following AI interactions and evaluate the quality and relevance of AI-generated suggestions.
• Work collaboratively with diverse teams to maintain accuracy and pertinence in developed marketing scenarios.
• Employ structured analytical thinking to steer AI training data toward peak effectiveness and performance.

Required Qualifications

• Proven expertise in enterprise marketing operations, professional business writing, and content strategy.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to critically assess marketing content for clarity and impact.
• Experience in prompt engineering or developing prompts that reflect real-world business environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, especially tools pertinent to document creation and project management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong eye for detail.

Additional Information

This is a contract role offering a flexible weekly commitment of 10 to 40 hours. Compensation ranges from $10 to $40 per hour. The position is completely remote, suitable for candidates based in Latin America or other locations.
