- Assist the Senior Marketing Manager in crafting and executing credit card portfolio marketing strategies focusing on customer engagement, retention, segmentation, marketing capabilities, and above-the-line initiatives.
- Oversee monthly Next Best Conversations (NBCs) for Travel Booking deals to optimize conversion, coordinating creative and copy assets with the Travel squad.
- Manage full lifecycle delivery of marketing-driven NBC campaigns in partnership with the In Life squad, ensuring smooth execution from planning to post-campaign analysis.

- Skilled in driving creative development workflows—from briefing through copy approval to campaign launch.
- Comfortable working with data analytics and marketing performance metrics to inform strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement capabilities, collaborating effectively across product and senior leadership teams.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail in reviewing creative content.
- Highly organized, proactive, and adept at thriving in dynamic, agile environments.
Educational Background and Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree with relevant experience in marketing content, digital/social media campaigns, customer digital experience, product launches, ad-tech/mar-tech, offline campaigns, media management, or direct marketing.

- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Proven ability to develop and implement client-focused solutions and measure their business impact.
- Experience mentoring junior consultants in delivery roles.
- Relevant expertise in product, sales, or marketing technology fields.
- Advanced marketing degrees like MBA with specialization in marketing or digital are a plus but not mandatory.
