- Create integrated marketing briefs and strategic guidance steering creative, media, and channel activities across global campaigns.
- Oversee complete campaign planning and execution for priority product launches and select global integrated marketing communications, ensuring strategic integrity, creative excellence, scalability, and punctual delivery.
- Manage relationships with creative and media agencies and internal partners to devise innovative, consumer-relevant, and operationally viable marketing plans.
- Support media and investment planning by advising on budget allocation, testing strategies, and scaling successful initiatives.
- Define measurement frameworks jointly with analytics, research, and media teams; assess campaign outcomes, generate insights, and suggest optimizations.
- Establish repeatable operational practices enhancing speed, transparency, and quality among global and regional stakeholders.
- Produce clear, executive-ready written materials and recommendations for senior leadership.
Basic Qualifications
- Over 5 years’ experience in integrated, brand marketing, or go-to-market strategy, preferably in fast-moving consumer-facing brands.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with demonstrated quantitative aptitude.
Preferred Qualifications

- History of delivering innovative, high-quality marketing campaigns that achieve substantial results.
- Strong strategic acumen capable of constructing frameworks, integrating diverse initiatives, and clarifying ambiguity into actionable plans.
- Proven ability to manage agency partnerships and collaborate effectively with internal creative, media, analytics, communications, and operations teams.
- Consumer-focused mindset with a passion for understanding target audiences, product fit, and effective brand messaging.
- Strong analytical abilities enabling data-driven strategy, investment prioritization, and performance enhancement.
- Excellent communication skills proficient at distilling complex issues into clear proposals for senior leaders.
- Exceptional organizational skills for handling multiple responsibilities while prioritizing critical objectives and fostering process improvements.
- A proactive, detail-oriented self-starter who thrives on challenges and maintains composure amidst complex situations.
