About the Role
Amazon Ads offers a suite of advertising solutions that support businesses of varied scales through every stage of the customer journey — from enhancing product visibility and driving sales to fostering enduring brand equity. Our aim is to empower small and medium-sized business (SMB) advertisers to adopt advanced brand-building tools, boosting growth and customer engagement. Our team focuses on facilitating advertiser access and comprehension of offerings including Sponsored Brands, measurement instruments, and cutting-edge AI-driven capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of Brand Owner Growth for SMB advertisers within the Global Performance Marketing group, developing and implementing strategies that expand the usage of Sponsored Brands and other branding features.
- Utilize Voice of Customer data, segmentation insights, advertiser feedback, and performance metrics to uncover growth opportunities, eliminate obstacles to adoption, and guide marketing and product development decisions.
- Create and scale global, multi-channel go-to-market campaigns across platforms such as Email, Seller Central, Ads Console, and Amazon Ads Academy to increase awareness, engagement, adoption, and retention.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Finance, Product Marketing, and Marketing Effectiveness & Insights teams to influence product roadmaps, launch new capabilities, and develop lifecycle marketing programs.
- Manage quarterly and annual planning processes, including defining goals for Brand Owner Growth, prioritizing roadmaps, developing business cases, setting success measures, and aligning stakeholders.
- Drive ongoing improvements through experimentation, audience segmentation, lifecycle tracking, and performance analysis to enhance advertiser engagement and long-term value.
- Champion the adoption of measurement tools, AI-powered advertising solutions, and partner technology integrations, while leading scalable education and enablement initiatives.
- Establish operational frameworks, automation, and reporting systems to monitor metrics such as adoption, engagement, revenue attribution, and sustained customer growth.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in crafting and executing impactful creative strategies within agency or in-house creative teams.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven ability to forge collaborative partnerships with product, consumer research, and marketing teams to develop strategies and consumer insights that drive creative output.
- Expertise overseeing creative projects from conceptualization to final execution.
- Skilled at managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Background in customer lifecycle marketing or partner marketing management.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret quantitative data and customer research, validate assumptions, identify opportunities, and evaluate marketing effectiveness.
