About the Role

Join VigShi Tek Company as a Marketing Intern focused on field marketing based in Bangalore. This internship offers hands-on experience in HR, Payroll, Statutory Compliance, and Business Services, with direct interaction involving visiting various commercial and residential clients.

Responsibilities

• Gain knowledge about HR, Payroll, Statutory Compliance, and business service operations.
• Conduct visits to companies, apartment complexes, and commercial venues.
• Generate and nurture business leads through field engagements.
• Meet with potential clients to discuss company offerings.
• Perform product demonstrations following dedicated training.
• Follow up with potential clients to convert leads into active business.
• Maintain daily reports of field visits and lead generation activities.

Training Provided

• HR services and payroll management.
• Understanding statutory compliance requirements.
• Best practices for lead generation and client communications.
• Techniques for effective product demonstration and sales.

Candidate Profile

• Open to fresh graduates and applicants with no prior experience.
• Good communication skills essential.
• Willingness to travel within Bangalore area is required.
• Male candidates preferred to have two-wheelers with a valid driving license.
• Female candidates are also encouraged to apply if comfortable with field marketing and possessing a two-wheeler and valid driving license.
