Key responsibilities

- Produce, maintain, and refresh compelling content for digital touchpoints such as the website, email, social media, and wider marketing materials.
- Keep website content accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand standards.
- Coordinate email marketing activity, including audience targeting, testing, and performance reporting.
- Handle day-to-day social media activity to grow engagement and strengthen brand awareness.
- Track campaign outcomes, review results, and translate findings into practical recommendations for future improvements.
- Work with colleagues across sales, product, and other functions to deliver marketing activity effectively.
- Assist with webinars, events, and other initiatives that help build the brand.
- Contribute to marketing projects and ongoing process improvements as the company expands.
- Offer new ideas, support innovation, and help foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Experience and skills
- At least 3 years of experience in a marketing position, preferably in a fast-moving or expanding business.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and campaign execution.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Well organised, with the ability to manage several priorities at once.
- Confident using data and campaign results to shape recommendations.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach and willingness to learn.
- Genuine enthusiasm for marketing and a desire to keep developing professionally.
- Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools such as HubSpot is an advantage.
- Ability to update website content through a CMS is desirable.
- Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools is desirable.
- Background in B2B marketing would be beneficial.
- Experience supporting webinars, events, or partner marketing activities is a plus.
