Key responsibilities
- Work with marketing managers and cross-functional colleagues to execute communications and campaign plans.
- Help deliver marketing campaigns while keeping to schedules, quality standards, and budget targets.
- Handle several projects at once and monitor progress across different stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal MarComms teams and external suppliers to support smooth, timely execution.
- Assist with copywriting, editing, and preparing creative briefs for campaign and marketing materials.
- Support the creation of ROI and performance reporting to measure campaign outcomes.
- Develop productive working relationships with vendors, agencies, and internal teams.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a similar area.
- Strong English skills, both written and spoken.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving, deadline-focused setting.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Creative thinking and initiative to contribute ideas and improvements.
- Well-developed organisation skills and the ability to coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience in IT distribution, marketing agencies, or comparable environments would be an advantage.
Benefits
- Competitive compensation with defined growth potential.
- Private medical coverage and a broad benefits package.
- Flexible work arrangements, including remote working across Europe.
- Generous annual leave, with options to buy extra days and receive increases based on tenure.
- Enhanced parental leave and paid personal time off for important life moments.
- Access to learning platforms, leadership development, and professional growth resources.
- An inclusive and collaborative workplace culture that values diversity, fairness, and employee well-being.
- Opportunities to take part in global initiatives, communities, and volunteering activities.
