As the authorized distributor for Grundfos Pumps, Ion Exchange Water Treatment Systems, and V-Guard Heat Pump Water Heaters, we cater to various sectors including residential, commercial, industrial, healthcare, hospitality, and infrastructure projects throughout Gujarat.
Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Executive to enhance our sales, marketing, and service coordination functions. This multifaceted position involves social media management, client communication, telecalling, and service scheduling, ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-moving office settings and enjoy diverse responsibilities.
Key Duties
- Develop and manage content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube platforms.
- Create promotional visuals such as posts, reels, brochures utilizing Canva or related design software.
- Organize and oversee the company’s social media calendar and marketing initiatives alongside the sales team.
- Conduct outbound calls targeting builders, architects, consultants, contractors, industrial clients, and potential customers to generate and qualify leads.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and pending orders while handling incoming customer calls and routing them appropriately.
- Schedule and coordinate installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and repair service appointments with field service engineers.
- Maintain detailed service records, prepare reports, quotations, and coordinate parts supply and technical support.
- Support overall office operations through document preparation, recordkeeping, and interdepartmental coordination.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience ranging from freshers to three years in office management, customer support, telecalling, marketing, or service coordination is suitable.
- Strong proficiency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati communication, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) essential; basic design skills using Canva are advantageous.
- Highly organized, responsible, and adept at multitasking with an enthusiastic and proactive approach.
Additional Information
