Job description

Role Overview

This position focuses on improving digital performance, supporting B2B sales efforts, managing lifecycle email campaigns, and handling day-to-day marketing coordination for a multi-brand environment.

Digital Platform Optimization and Conversion Work

  • Take charge of website content updates, promotional changes, and page mapping across five websites, including the webshop, while reviewing user behavior and suggesting UX enhancements that can lift conversion performance.
  • Track digital journey issues across key touchpoints and work with internal digital stakeholders to remove friction and strengthen online lead generation.

Marketing Analytics and Performance Reporting

  • Own the marketing enquiry database and refresh it three times each week, using lead movement trends to recommend budget shifts based on data.
  • Prepare and share weekly conversion reports covering Sales and Operations metrics, plus social media, Google Ads, and wider performance indicators; turn raw engagement and conversion figures into useful insights for leadership on capacity, brand visibility, and demand.

B2B Sales Support and Enablement

  • Manage the preparation of detailed tender submissions and senior-level pitch decks, making sure the marketing message fits client requirements and supports the win of larger B2B contracts.
  • Assist Sales and Operations with materials such as NPD launch packs, education packs, service lead generation content, workshop decks, logistics support, and similar enablement assets.

Lifecycle and Email Marketing

  • Plan and execute monthly EDM nurture activity across the company’s brands, producing around two to four email pieces each month.
  • Segment mailing lists to run campaigns that improve retention and encourage upsell and cross-sell opportunities across service lines.
  • Review open rates, CTR, and conversion outcomes, and use A/B testing on subject lines, layouts, and CTAs to improve performance over time.

Marketing Administration and Coordination

  • Support the daily flow of marketing administration by managing internal requests, organizing files, and keeping departmental operations running smoothly.
  • Track administrative, purchasing, and invoicing workflows so documentation and payment submissions are completed on time and budget records stay accurate.
  • Serve as a coordination point for external partners and internal teams by routing communication, supporting event setup, and following up on deadlines.
  • Handle any additional tasks assigned by the Head of Marketing and Senior Marketing Executive.

Qualifications and Experience

A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a similar field is required, along with 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing. The background should include hands-on work with data tracking, website administration, and corporate presentation preparation.

Technical Capability

The role calls for practical experience with content management platforms such as WordPress and Shopify, along with a working understanding of SEO and UX principles. Strong command of Excel or Google Sheets and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics is essential, as is the ability to turn data into clear charts and strategic summaries. You should also be highly capable in PowerPoint and Canva for building persuasive business presentations and B2B proposals.

Core Competencies

Success in this role depends on strong analytical judgment, excellent organization, accuracy, clear written and verbal communication, and sound commercial awareness. The person should be comfortable diagnosing conversion issues, managing regular data updates, collaborating with agencies and internal teams, and understanding how marketing activity influences sales outcomes and revenue.

Working Pattern and Benefits

This is a 5-day workweek role with working hours from 8:30am to 5:45pm. After probation, Friday hybrid work is available. The workplace is in the McPherson area, about a 10-minute walk from Tai Seng MRT.
