Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and energetic Marketing Executive to manage marketing efforts across the BCI and MyoTape brands. This hands-on position involves content calendar planning, email campaign creation, podcast support, and engaging an international community of health practitioners. Reporting to the Ecommerce & Digital Lead, you will collaborate on shared campaigns and community activities within a flat, fast-paced team environment that welcomes your ideas. The role primarily involves onsite work with some options for hybrid flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage organic social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms) for BCI and MyoTape, including content calendar planning, platform-specific content creation encompassing captions and visual concepts, engagement monitoring, responding to interactions, and tracking key performance metrics.
• Oversee relationships with user-generated content creators and brand ambassadors.
• Assist with executing email marketing campaigns in Klaviyo: drafting and scheduling campaigns, audience segmentation, setting up and maintaining automated sequences, and analyzing performance for potential improvements.
• Handle communications and inquiries from the instructor and professional community of BCI, support podcast launches by coordinating guests, writing promotional materials, and scheduling publicity activities across social and email channels.
• Support the marketing lifecycle of digital and physical events including online masterclasses, paid clinics, conferences, exhibitions, and trade shows. Responsibilities encompass campaign planning and delivery, managing event communications and landing pages, attendee engagement, and coordinating logistics and promotional materials, especially for Patrick McKeown's speaking engagements.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Approximately three years of practical marketing experience with a focus on social media and email marketing.
• Excellent content creation and copywriting capabilities tailored to diverse brands, platforms, and audiences.
• Strong personal enthusiasm and interest in wellness and health-related fields.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms, particularly Klaviyo, is advantageous.
• Comfortable leveraging AI tools in daily work.
• Experience or background in SaaS, health, wellness, or education sectors is a plus but not mandatory.
• Must be based in Ireland or hold a valid visa to work there.

Education & Eligibility

A degree in marketing or a related discipline is beneficial but not mandatory. We value practical experience and mindset more than formal education credentials.
