Position Summary
We are looking for a Marketing Events Specialist to lead the digital production and evolution of our virtual events program, specifically HealthStream User Group sessions and webinars. This role blends event production expertise with strategic insight, using engagement data to continuously refine and enhance the customer experience. Collaboration with program leads and various teams, including Product Marketing and Customer Success, is essential.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end digital production of virtual User Group sessions and webinars, including platform configuration, speaker preparation, rehearsals, and live facilitation.
- Ensure superior audiovisual quality by overseeing technical setups, speaker coaching, and real-time troubleshooting during live broadcasts.
- Support hybrid event components to deliver seamless experiences for both physical and virtual attendees.
- Optimize and maintain the digital event technology stack, including platforms like Sequel.io, Cvent, Zoom, and integrations with Higher Logic, Salesforce, and Marketing Cloud.
- Collaborate to build and maintain the digital events content calendar and align event topics with strategic product and customer education goals.
- Analyze attendee data and engagement metrics to generate actionable insights for improving future events and overall program strategy.
- Provide comprehensive post-event performance analyses and reports with recommendations for enhancements.
- Manage speaker communications and logistics to ensure timely and consistent presentation delivery.
- Adhere to all company security policies, procedures, and training requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a similar discipline.
- Three to six years of experience managing digital events, webinars, or virtual programs within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proficiency with virtual event tools such as Sequel.io, ON24, Cvent, or Zoom Webinars.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret event performance data and turn it into actionable program improvements.
- Excellent project management capabilities to handle multiple digital events simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.
- Familiarity with marketing technologies including Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Higher Logic, and Qualtrics or comparable platforms.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and managing speaker relations.
- Preferred experience in healthcare SaaS or regulated B2B sectors and community-driven digital experiences.
- Ability to work independently within a remote setting, prioritizing tasks and thriving in a dynamic environment.
Compensation and Benefits
The pay range is $70,352 to $75,000, with final compensation based on experience and qualifications.
