Role Overview

The Healthcare Events & Community Engagement Executive position, based at Dubai Festival City, requires a dynamic and highly organised individual adept at planning and managing healthcare-related events, fostering community involvement, and representing a leading healthcare brand across Dubai. This customer-facing role involves direct interaction with patients, corporate clients, suppliers, and the public through wellness programs, exhibitions, mall activations, corporate health initiatives, and public campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end planning, coordination, execution, and post-event review of healthcare exhibitions, roadshows, wellness campaigns, and public awareness events.
• Manage multiple events simultaneously ensuring timely delivery within allocated budgets and high professional standards.
• Oversee venue bookings, supplier contracts, logistics, promotional materials, and staffing requirements.
• Represent HealthHub at various locations including malls, corporate offices, educational institutions, and public venues to build relationships and enhance brand awareness.
• Support patient acquisition initiatives and collaborate with community organizations and healthcare partners.
• Maintain detailed records including event calendars, reports, engagement metrics, supplier communications, and budget tracking.
• Prepare event briefs, presentations, and comprehensive reporting for internal stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of three years' experience in event management, corporate activations, community engagement, public relations, hospitality events, or healthcare outreach.
• Proven ability to independently handle all phases of event management from conceptualization through delivery.
• Exceptional organizational, project coordination, and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
• Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, patients, suppliers, corporate clients, and diverse community members.
• Fluency in English is essential; strong Arabic language skills are a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Canva, and familiarity with AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot or similar.
• Ability to multitask, work autonomously, and manage several priorities concurrently.
• Possessing a UAE driving license and personal transportation is highly desirable along with experience in managing wellness or community outreach events and representing premium brands.
