Position Overview
We seek a smart, confident, and results-driven female professional to serve as both a Digital Marketing Executive and Hostel Counselor at the Daughters Den Girls Hostel, British Park Campus, Bhopal. This full-time role involves counseling prospective students and parents on hostel facilities, fees, and safety, while driving admissions through effective communication and digital marketing support.
Key Duties
- Provide professional reception and counseling for hostel visitors and parents.
- Clearly communicate details about room types, amenities, safety measures, and fee structures.
- Address visitor questions and encourage hostel admissions, converting walk-in inquiries into confirmed enrollments.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries and follow-up activities.
- Conduct telephonic follow-ups and WhatsApp communication with prospective students and parents using lead data.
- Manage and track daily inquiry and conversion reports.
- Create and post content on social media platforms focused on hostel promotions.
- Implement digital marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and track their success.
- Edit promotional videos and develop engaging digital content, including reels and short videos, utilizing tools like CapCut and Canva.
- Compile detailed reports on inquiry handling, lead conversions, and campaign effectiveness.
Candidate Profile and Preferences
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience in counseling, digital marketing, or telecalling is desirable.
- Preferred female candidates.
- Excellent verbal communication and strong persuasion skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic video editing capabilities.
