Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and passionate professional to fill the position of B2B Marketing Campaigns and Events Executive within our expanding international marketing team. This role involves leading creative marketing campaigns and managing complex global event programs to deliver tangible business outcomes. The executive will coordinate Siren's worldwide events calendar, handle timelines, liaise with stakeholders, create marketing collateral, and ensure every event maximizes the company's value.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Account Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives alongside the CMO, targeting key accounts internationally, and analyze campaign performance through comprehensive marketing metrics.
- Develop and manage cross-channel multi-region marketing campaigns focused on brand awareness, prospect nurturing, and demand generation, incorporating market research and competitive analysis.
- Coordinate online and offline event marketing activities, including tradeshows and Siren's global event schedule, to optimize business impact.
- Collaborate on social media strategies, create engaging content in line with brand identity, and participate in content sharing across platforms.
- Design and distribute email marketing communications, including monthly newsletters, primarily using Hubspot.
- Master Hubspot Marketing Automation and CRM to manage marketing funnels, campaigns, and data accurately.
- Analyze marketing spend, assess campaign ROI, and conduct surveys to gather customer and prospect sentiment.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business, or Technology, preferably a master's level.
- Minimum of three years’ professional experience in marketing or events, preferably with a large technology firm or consulting company.
- Proven copywriting skills and experience with both digital and offline marketing channels.
- Experience collaborating effectively with sales teams.
- Familiarity with Hubspot is an advantage but not compulsory.

Additional Information
This position is based in Galway with occasional travel across Europe and internationally. While the role can operate remotely, presence in Galway is preferred for occasional hybrid working. The role involves working with professionals from law enforcement, cybersecurity, and technology sectors, supporting their marketing capabilities and representing Siren at relevant industry events.
