Marketing Operations Manager

Overview

This contract opportunity is for a marketing domain expert who can work remotely and contribute between 10 and 40 hours each week. The role centers on building realistic AI training material based on enterprise marketing operations, business productivity workflows, and professional communication scenarios. Compensation ranges from $10 to $40 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Use deep enterprise marketing knowledge to create practical AI training examples around marketing workflows and productivity use cases.
• Draft polished marketing materials such as campaign plans, stakeholder updates, reports, presentations, and project documents that follow professional standards.
• Study fictional business contexts and turn them into believable user prompts and high-quality model responses that reflect real workplace situations.
• Develop thoughtful follow-up suggestions and judge the strength and usefulness of AI-generated outputs.
• Work with other teams to make sure the scenarios are accurate, relevant, and effective.
• Apply organized reasoning and analytical judgment to improve the quality of the training data.

Requirements

• Proven background in enterprise marketing operations, content strategy, and business writing in a professional setting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess marketing content for correctness, clarity, and business impact.
• Experience creating prompts or prompt-like inputs that mirror real-world business situations.
• Solid command of Microsoft 365 tools, especially for document preparation and project coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with close attention to detail.
