Job description
About the company
InfoTrack is a legal technology platform that helps law firms connect with courts and access the services they need to run litigation efficiently. The company operates globally and is known for building integrations that improve productivity for both legal teams and the wider legal process.
InfoTrack values a high-performance environment supported by ongoing professional growth, open communication, and transparent leadership. The company is looking for someone who is driven, capable, and excited to contribute to a market-leading product that creates meaningful impact for clients.
Role overview
The Marketing Designer will be responsible for producing the visual assets that support marketing across two brands. This includes creating a wide variety of materials for digital advertising, paid social, email, sales presentations, trade show displays, landing pages, and video content—delivered at the pace and quality expected in a fast-growing marketing team.
The position is central to the marketing function and works across campaign, product marketing, digital, and partnership teams for both InfoTrack and One Legal using a brief-based intake process. The role requires strong creative range, quick turnaround, and sound judgment in applying brand standards.
This is a hybrid position based in New York, with in-office work on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver visual assets for digital ads, paid social, website graphics, email templates, and print materials, with strong attention to layout, typography, color, hierarchy, and grid structure.
- Edit and assemble video content in Premiere Pro and After Effects, including repurposing long-form footage into platform-specific ad and social versions.
- Protect and extend the brand system across both brands, maintaining consistency and creative alignment during an active brand transition.
- Work across Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, and adapt finished designs into practical, on-brand Canva templates for broader team use.
- Create web and landing page designs with responsive thinking and the ability to implement pages directly in HubSpot.
- Produce sales enablement assets such as one-pagers, pitch decks, battle cards, leave-behinds, trade show graphics, and large-format visuals that remain readable from a distance.
- Turn technical or complex software messaging into clear, persuasive visuals, and use narrative structure to strengthen video and campaign work.
- Develop performance-focused creative variants and refine them based on testing and results.
- Handle multiple active briefs at once, communicate timelines proactively, and take full ownership of work through a brief and ticket system.
- Collaborate closely with campaign, product marketing, digital, and partnership teams to ensure design output supports the strategic goal of each brief.
- Use AI-assisted tools for image generation, video production, and workflow efficiency while applying good judgment about when they improve the final output.
- Stay current on platform requirements for LinkedIn, Google, Meta, YouTube, HubSpot, and print, and deliver assets with precise specifications, organized files, and pixel-level accuracy.
- Apply accessibility basics such as contrast, readability, captioning, and inclusive design across all deliverables.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a designer in an in-house or agency setting, preferably in B2B or another considered-purchase category.
- A portfolio that shows broad capability across static and video work, including examples of both brand-focused design and performance creative.
- Strong command of visual design fundamentals, including composition, typography, color, and brand consistency.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Experience creating marketing materials for digital, print, web, social, and video channels.
- Ability to simplify complex ideas into visually clear and engaging communication.
- Understanding of branding, storytelling, and marketing design principles.
- Strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Working familiarity with Canva, HubSpot, and AI-based creative tools.
Compensation
The starting base salary range for this position is $75,000 to $100,000 per year. Final pay depends on factors such as skills, experience level, licenses, and certifications.
Benefits
