About the Role

Mitsubishi Motor Sales of Canada, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Data Analyst skilled at transforming intricate data into meaningful business insights that directly influence marketing strategies and organizational decisions throughout our digital platforms. This position supports both internal marketing teams and external partners by collecting, cleaning, organizing, and analyzing diverse data sets derived from websites, paid and organic marketing channels, CRMs, and one-off reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and organize data from various digital marketing platforms including websites, social media (paid and organic), CRM systems, and media tools, ensuring accuracy, data integrity, and consistent taxonomy across channels.
  • Develop comprehensive datasets and visualizations such as heatmaps and attribution models to clarify customer digital journeys.
  • Identify trends, correlations, or patterns within data to assist marketing and communications teams in making data-driven recommendations to enhance digital campaign effectiveness.
  • Analyze digital customer journeys and campaign performance to optimize goals at all marketing funnel stages including awareness, consideration, and conversion.
  • Evaluate outcomes of A/B testing for creative content, media buys, and landing pages.
  • Segment and analyze audience clusters to boost marketing efficiency and impact.
  • Generate recurring and ad-hoc reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) summarizing performance metrics alongside actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Present clear, visually supported reports featuring charts, graphs, and tables to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Operate and maintain analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Campaign Manager, and Looker Studio Enterprise.
  • Support campaign optimization on digital platforms including Google Ads, DV360, Meta Ads, and Search Ads 360.
  • Maintain and enhance tracking, tagging, and measurement frameworks to guarantee data consistency and alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

  • Minimum three years of experience in Data Analytics and digital marketing environments.
  • Proven expertise in extracting, interpreting, and presenting insights from multiple data sources.
  • In-depth understanding of digital marketing KPIs, attribution methodologies, and optimization fundamentals.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Enterprise or equivalent visualization platforms.
  • Experience using tag management systems like Google Tag Manager and paid media platforms including Google Ads, DV360, Meta, and similar channels.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, creativity, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex data as clear, actionable insights to senior leadership.
