Role Overview
The Marketing Cooperative Trainee will play a supportive role within the marketing team, contributing to the planning and execution of diverse client campaigns. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, involving responsibilities such as social media content creation, campaign monitoring, and generating straightforward reports and presentations. The trainee will also assist in coordinating marketing tasks, engage in brainstorming meetings, and support sales as well as client communications when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with social media content development and scheduling.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics.
- Prepare basic reports and presentation materials for internal and client use.
- Coordinate marketing activities and support team workflows.
- Participate actively in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas.
- Support sales initiatives by aiding in lead follow-up and promotional efforts.
- Conduct research on market trends to inform campaign strategies.
- Draft promotional content and update internal documentation regularly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and effective project delivery.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective team and client interactions.
- Basic understanding of marketing concepts, including branding, campaign planning, and market research.
- Ability to quickly learn internal processes and share best practices with colleagues.
- Fundamental knowledge of social media marketing platforms, audience engagement techniques, and content types.
- Familiarity with sales principles and willingness to assist with follow-ups and promotional activities.
- Educational background in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related area, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficient in standard office software such as email, presentations, and spreadsheets.
- Interest in creative industries and readiness to learn in a dynamic agency setting.
- Fluency in English is essential; Arabic language skills are considered a plus.
