Role Summary
TytoCare is seeking a Marketing Communications & Content Manager to own content and communications across multiple channels. This position blends planning and hands-on execution to build brand awareness, support pipeline growth, and keep messaging clear, consistent, and high quality.
What You Will Do
- Plan and deliver marketing activities, including virtual and live events, to increase awareness and support pipeline generation.
- Develop content across the full lifecycle, including website pages, blog posts, eBooks, case studies, and video.
- Shape brand, product, and campaign messaging so it stays aligned across every customer touchpoint.
- Build campaign materials such as advertisements, landing pages, and nurture email sequences that support business objectives.
- Manage the company’s LinkedIn presence for B2B audiences and assist with other B2C channels as needed.
- Support public relations efforts and content distribution to expand brand reach and establish thought leadership.
- Partner closely with product, sales, and external agencies or vendors to execute campaigns and content plans.
- Use performance data and audience insights to evaluate results and improve future content and campaign efforts.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in marketing communications, content, or brand-focused roles, with B2B SaaS or healthcare experience considered an advantage.
- Excellent English writing and editing ability is essential.
- Demonstrated experience leading content strategy and producing content across multiple channels.
- Background in digital marketing and campaign execution across both organic and paid efforts.
- Strong narrative and storytelling ability, with skill in turning complex topics into simple, compelling messaging.
- Experience handling LinkedIn and distributing B2B content.
- Comfort using AI tools to support content creation and optimization.
- Analytical, data-led approach with experience using metrics to improve results.
- Strong teamwork skills and experience collaborating with internal stakeholders, agencies, or vendors.
