Marketing & Commercial Strategy Specialist

About the Position

We are seeking a Marketing & Commercial Strategy Specialist for a contract role offering remote work. This position involves evaluating various marketing and sales strategies, campaign performance, and commercial planning efforts. The commitment required is between 10 to 40 hours weekly, compensated at a rate between $50 and $60 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess marketing and sales strategy presentations, campaign outcome reports, and commercial planning documents.
• Design comprehensive rubrics and feedback mechanisms to effectively evaluate the quality and impact of marketing and sales materials.
• Interpret market research and customer data to detect trends, uncover opportunities, and highlight potential growth sectors.
• Provide clear, data-informed recommendations to enhance marketing strategies and commercial approaches.
• Create concise, visually compelling presentations summarizing insights and improvement suggestions.
• Contribute to refining dashboards, performance indicators, and analytical reporting to ensure practicality and relevance to business objectives.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in areas such as marketing strategy, product marketing, growth management, commercial strategy, sales operations, or market research.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with meticulous attention to detail and clarity in conveying analytical findings.
• Strong analytical abilities and critical thinking skills, adept at working with varied data sources including campaigns, dashboards, and business cases.
• Experience in developing engaging and visually attractive business presentations and content.
• Proficiency in marketing, analytics, or business intelligence software platforms such as Excel or Tableau.
