The job involves shaping campaigns for different audiences and industries, testing and refining performance continuously, and working closely with product marketing, sales, and revenue operations to keep messaging, lead flow, and conversion aligned. It is a collaborative, fast-moving position that values both strategy and execution.

Key responsibilities

  • Create and launch product-focused campaigns that support revenue and pipeline objectives.
  • Coordinate multi-channel marketing efforts across email, paid media, content, webinars, and social channels.
  • Build audience segmentation, campaign messaging, and channel plans based on product positioning and customer understanding.
  • Use testing, analytics, and ongoing optimization to improve campaign outcomes.
  • Measure funnel metrics such as MQLs, SQLs, CAC, ROI, and conversion performance.
  • Work with sales teams to support smooth lead transfer and stronger pipeline movement.
  • Collaborate with product marketing, content, design, and revenue operations to keep messaging, creative assets, and attribution aligned.
  • Prepare recurring performance reports with practical insights that improve scale and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • At least 7-10+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or campaign management, ideally within SaaS or software businesses.
  • A demonstrated history of delivering measurable revenue results through marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical ability and comfort using data to guide optimization and decisions.
  • Practical experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo, along with CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Background in managing paid acquisition and performance marketing channels.
  • Solid knowledge of SaaS metrics, including CAC, LTV, ARR, and funnel conversion behavior.
  • Strong project coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to run several campaigns at the same time in a high-energy, results-oriented environment.

Benefits and perks

  • Competitive compensation package.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer contributions.
  • Employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Flexible hybrid working arrangement with both remote and in-office options.
  • Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
  • Inclusive, team-oriented, and collaborative workplace culture.
  • Employee volunteering initiatives and team-building activities.
  • Exposure to high-impact SaaS marketing strategies and revenue-focused campaign execution.
