  • Keep projects moving on schedule and aligned with brand goals through close cross-functional coordination.
  • Prepare licensor-facing presentations, marketing briefs, timelines, POS recaps, and other execution materials.
  • Support Sales and Retail Marketing with retailer presentations, customer programs, and activation opportunities.
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of assigned SKUs, including product attributes, pricing, launch timing, distribution, retailer placement, performance patterns, and key metrics.
  • Help create retailer-specific marketing plans and promotional activity.
  • Assist in managing retail-exclusive initiatives and channel-specific activations.
  • Collect, organize, and share retailer input and market learnings.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of activations, partnerships, and promotional programs.
  • Analyze POS information, market movements, competitive actions, and consumer insights to uncover opportunities and guide planning.
  • Support post-program reviews and turn findings into practical recommendations.
  • Build presentations and business updates for leadership, highlighting results, insights, and next steps.
  • Track dashboards and reporting tools for important business and marketing metrics.
  • Act as a coordination point across Brand Marketing, Sales, Retail Marketing, Demand Planning, and Licensor teams.
  • Lead meeting follow-ups and action tracking to keep work aligned and execution strong.
  • Gather and distribute competitive, retail, and consumer trends that may affect activation strategy and commercial outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in marketing, brand marketing, shopper marketing, retail marketing, trade marketing, or a similar function.
  • Solid project management ability with the flexibility to handle several priorities in a fast-changing setting.
  • Strong analytical capability and experience working with sales, retail, marketing, or consumer data.
  • Ability to turn insights into clear, practical recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office tools.
  • Experience in consumer products, toys, entertainment, retail, or related sectors is beneficial.
  • Understanding of retail and omnichannel marketing environments is an advantage.
  • Strong enthusiasm for brands, consumer engagement, and high-quality marketing execution.
