Overview
This opportunity is with a partner company based in Ireland, seeking a detail-oriented marketing professional to manage digital advertising and investor relations marketing across multiple platforms. The role involves coordinating multi-channel campaigns, overseeing creative materials, optimizing marketing results, and sustaining relationships with external parties, all within a remote-first, collaborative work environment. The position focuses on leveraging technical marketing skills and data analysis to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, initiate, and oversee digital campaigns spanning email, social media, display ads, and other online platforms.
- Create, schedule, and refine email campaigns using marketing automation tools, ensuring alignment with brand standards and campaign goals.
- Manage the distribution of creative assets including advertisements, banners, landing pages, and emails to internal teams and external collaborators.
- Track and analyze campaign metrics like impressions, click-through rates, conversions, open rates, ROI, and engagement to generate actionable insights for enhancement.
- Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance trends and support ongoing improvement through data-driven testing.
- Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to resolve issues related to campaign delivery, monitoring, and reporting.
- Ensure all marketing materials adhere to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and quality assurance standards prior to release.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of campaign approvals, marketing agreements, partner communications, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Candidate Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, email marketing, advertising operations, or similar roles.
- Preferred bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or an associated field.
- Practical experience with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, CleverTap, Mailchimp, or equivalents.
- Basic proficiency in HTML and CSS for building emails and landing pages; knowledge of Webflow is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with analytics and advertising tools like Google Analytics, tagging solutions, Facebook Business Manager, and performance tracking software.
- Ability to perform fundamental graphic design tasks using Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar programs.
- Comfort using AI-driven tools to boost campaign development, content creation, reporting, testing, and workflow productivity.
- Solid understanding of digital advertising metrics including CPC, CPM, CPA, CTR, and ROAS, alongside experience with A/B testing and optimizing campaigns.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, communication, and project management skills, capable of juggling multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Proven aptitude for collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners while upholding accuracy, accountability, curiosity, and continuous improvement ambitions.
- Experience related to investor relations marketing, financial services marketing, agency roles, or programmatic advertising platforms is advantageous.
