Key Responsibilities

• Build customer trust by ensuring our bakery products are consistently fresh and readily available.
• Maintain appealing, fresh, and high-quality displays of bakery goods throughout the day to stimulate sales.
• Prepare a variety of bakery products, including breads, rolls, doughnuts, and fruited items, following company recipes and standards, using equipment such as provers, ovens, and mixers.
• Provide warm, friendly, and helpful service that removes customer barriers and creates memorable experiences, promoting traditional baking skills and product freshness.

• Friendly and approachable with a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
• Enjoys an active role in a dynamic, fast-moving workplace.
• Capable of using initiative to assist and resolve customer queries effectively.
• Competent in operating bakery equipment safely and following health & safety guidelines.
• Possesses solid baking skills, including mixing and molding dough to produce bakery items.
