Market Specialist - Thai Language

Overview

Meta is looking for a Market Specialist with proficiency in the Thai language to enhance risk and response management efforts addressing Thai-language content and audiences. This role involves detecting, evaluating, and acting upon integrity issues, policy breaches, and emerging threats within Thai-speaking user communities across Meta's platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and review content and user accounts in Thai for possible policy violations, risks to integrity, and coordinated inauthentic activities.
• Utilize deep understanding of Thai culture, politics, and online dynamics to accurately categorize risks and prioritize response actions.
• Implement established response procedures swiftly and consistently to mitigate identified threats.
• Clearly document analysis and outcomes to facilitate multi-team evaluation and escalation.
• Collaborate with teams specializing in policy, trust and safety, and operations to identify patterns and new risks within Thai-language digital spaces.
• Contribute insights on Thai market specifics to improve risk detection methods and response frameworks.
• Participate in quality assurance by reviewing decisions for policy adherence and consistency.
• Effectively communicate risk assessments and indicators to relevant internal stakeholders.
• Adjust to continuous changes in risk environments and update response approaches in line with evolving platform policies and threats.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience in trust and safety, content moderation, compliance, risk operations, or similar areas involving structured decision-making based on set criteria.
• Proven capability to follow established procedures for case evaluation and action determination.
• Strong skills in clear documentation and communication of findings among cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience engaging with ethical AI principles including risk assessment, bias reduction, and quality control.
• Continuous AI skills development such as prompt engineering and tool orchestration.
• Understanding of policy enforcement, legal compliance, or regulatory risk within tech platforms.
• Track record of integrating AI technologies to enhance workflow efficiency and quality.
• Background in large-scale risk management or operations environments with strict workflow and quality norms.
• Familiarity with Thai political, media, and social media contexts influencing online integrity issues.
