Job Overview
Based in Auckland but serving nationwide, the Market Field Manager – Concrete plays a critical technical role within the concrete product portfolio. The position emphasizes expertise in admixture and concrete technology to assist customers' technical, quality, and production teams in optimizing mix designs, resolving performance challenges, and ensuring proper use of Sika's technologies in both field and plant settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Concrete Sales Team to offer specialized technical support.
- Contribute to project specification development and lead product demonstrations.
- Assist in performance testing and validation of concrete products.
- Enhance product adoption through credible technical engagement aligned with market and compliance needs.
- Identify new business opportunities and support product development activities.
- Provide technical training for internal personnel and customers.
Candidate Profile
Candidates should have substantial knowledge of concrete materials science and admixture performance. Experience related to batching plant operations, material testing, specification formulation, or troubleshooting within the concrete industry is highly advantageous. Possessing a relevant tertiary qualification is preferred.
