Job description

Role overview

This opportunity is for a Market Coordinator supporting a global travel and hospitality platform. The focus of the role is to help expand hotel partner relationships across Europe, make onboarding smoother, and keep partner accounts healthy.

It will suit someone who has worked in travel, hospitality, marketplaces, OTAs, hotel technology, or another consumer platform at scale, and who enjoys partner interaction, structured operational work, and responding quickly to account needs.

What you will do

  • Assist with onboarding hotel partners and supporting KYC-related checks and tasks.
  • Handle partner questions and requests through phone, email, and internal tools.
  • Support the ongoing health of accounts across a sizeable regional portfolio.
  • Take ownership of Tier 1 partner needs, including content changes and troubleshooting.
  • Work alongside Market Managers to improve partner engagement and performance.
  • Use CRM data and operational insights to spot priorities, expansion opportunities, and support requirements.
  • Pass partner feedback to internal teams responsible for product and policy decisions.

What you need

  • At least 3 years of experience in account management, partner support, customer success, hotel operations, or marketplace operations.
  • Background managing a portfolio of clients, partners, or accounts.
  • Strong organisation skills with the ability to prioritise and follow through reliably.
  • Confident written and verbal communication with partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience using CRM tools, with Salesforce preferred.
  • Experience in travel, hospitality, hotel, OTA, or marketplace environments is a strong advantage.
  • Knowledge of additional European languages would be beneficial.

Offer and working setup

  • Salary of £40,000 per year.
  • 16-month contract starting at the beginning of September.
  • Hybrid arrangement with two days each week in the London office.

Additional information

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where partner experience, speed, and operational quality are all important. A practical, collaborative, and team-oriented approach will help you succeed in this role.
