Key Responsibilities

• Developing detailed time and resource schedules aligned with planned performance targets and work packages.
• Preparing investment proposals and aiding in decisions regarding make-or-buy strategies.
• Providing technical guidance in manufacturing, planning, and the design of testing rigs.
• Collaborating closely with other departments to optimize and streamline processes.
• Promoting and implementing innovative manufacturing technologies.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Completed degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable technical qualification.
• Substantial professional experience in manufacturing, project planning, or test bench design.
• Project management expertise along with knowledge of test bench conception.
• Familiarity with SAP modules (PP/CS) and basic principles of inventory planning.
• Proficiency in both German and English, written and spoken.
