Job Overview
This opportunity is offered by Ferme Tenlap Porc inc. (9370-8394 Québec inc.) located in Sainte-Séraphine. The role involves daily tasks focused on the care and management of pigs as part of the farm's production operations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide feeding and care for the pigs.
- Sort, tag, and manage the animals effectively.
- Assist with reproductive activities as needed.
- Maintain and clean farm buildings and facilities.
- Prepare animals for transport when necessary.
- Operate agricultural machinery and equipment occasionally in line with farm requirements.
Qualifications and Experience
- Between one to six months of relevant experience in animal care or related farm work.
- Ability to perform basic tasks related to feeding, hygiene, and moving animals safely and efficiently.
- Basic proficiency in spoken and written French is required, even at a minimal level.
