The Managing Director will join the Executive Leadership Team of River Clyde Homes to provide strategic direction and operational oversight. The focus will be on advancing HFS's development through innovation, transformation, and ongoing improvement to enhance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and sustainable commercial growth within HFS and the broader Group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote a customer-focused service model emphasizing quality and excellence.
  • Foster a positive, empowered workplace culture that supports colleagues’ wellbeing, professional growth, and continuous enhancement.
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships internally (Board, leadership) and externally (customers, contractors, partners) while exploring business development and strategic alliance opportunities.

The candidate must demonstrate a history of successful organizational transformation, business performance improvement, and operational management. Essential skills include effective employee relations management, particularly working constructively with trade unions, alongside robust strategic leadership and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
