Role Overview

Easthall Park Housing Association, a community-focused registered charity in Glasgow's Easterhouse region, seeks a Head of Maintenance to join their senior management team. This leader will oversee the maintenance team, ensuring excellent performance, compliance, and continual improvement of tenant home conditions across 694 owned properties and a factoring management service for 55 owner-occupiers.

Organizational Background

As a community-based entity, Easthall Park has recently completed a strategic business review, crafting a Business Plan centered on making the area "a great place to live." The association is embarking on an exciting phase to elevate maintenance services and develop their in-house trade team tasked with cyclical and major repair work, aiming to optimize value delivery ensuing from the new Investment Plan.

Key Responsibilities and Expectations

The successful candidate will lead both the in-house trade personnel and contracted trades to surpass tenant expectations in maintenance and housing improvements. A visionary, driven leader passionate about customer service and experienced in maintenance delivery and asset management is needed to implement improvement plans and lead the team to success.

Salary and Grade
