Role Overview
Guild Brands is hiring a fully remote Managing Creative Director to set the creative strategy and ensure smooth, effective execution across the entire creative function. This position will help define a memorable brand personality, strengthen the customer journey, and deliver strong creative output across every channel.
In this leadership role, you will work closely with senior leaders and teams across the business while developing and motivating a high-performing creative team.
What You’ll Do
- Set and evolve a clear creative direction for Guild Brands across digital, print, photography, video, and copy.
- Recruit, coach, and support a diverse creative team, building a collaborative culture focused on performance and development.
- Turn company objectives, customer insights, and market trends into compelling creative work that supports the brand and improves the customer experience.
- Oversee creative processes, schedules, and budgets so projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and within budget while improving scalability.
- Work with executive leaders and cross-functional partners to ensure a consistent and engaging brand experience.
- Coordinate with agencies and outside vendors to strengthen creative capacity and expand content production.
- Take on additional duties as needed.
Qualifications
- At least 10 years of progressive leadership experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a Creative Director or Associate Creative Director role.
- Background in leading multi-disciplinary teams spanning writing, design, and art direction.
- Proven ability to convert business strategy into creative output for omni-channel brands.
Compensation
The expected annual salary for this role is $110,000 to $130,000. Final pay will depend on relevant experience, location, and the impact of the role within the organization.
