- Independently organize and moderate workshops and client meetings, presenting findings to management levels.
- Work closely with managers, gradually taking charge of subprojects, workshops, and client relations.
- Support the professional development of Strategy and Visiting Consultants.
- Contribute actively to internal matters and the ongoing advancement of the Next Digital Group.
Required Competencies
- Several years (ideally 2-4 years) of professional experience in strategy consulting, a boutique consulting firm, or in-house consulting.
- Background in strategic, transformational, or organizational projects.
- Confident demeanor coupled with enthusiasm for client interaction, presentations, and workshop facilitation.
- Completed university degree, preferably a master's, with above-average academic performance.
- Strong analytical skills, self-motivation, and structured work habits.
- High commitment level with a desire for responsibility and ongoing growth.
What We Offer
- Challenging strategy and transformation projects with direct contact to management, executives, and public sector decision-makers.
- A highly skilled team driven by excellence, responsibility, and collaboration.
- Early assumption of responsibilities in client projects with continuous support from experienced managers.
- Personalized development through mentoring, coaching, feedback, and targeted training.
- Clear career trajectory towards (Senior) Manager roles.
- Competitive salary including performance-based bonuses and attractive benefits.
- Hybrid working model combining regular presence at offices in Meerbusch, Hamburg, or Berlin with remote work.
Ideal Candidate

- Enjoys direct client engagement and workshop moderation.
- Interested equally in strategy formulation and practical implementation.
- Collaborative team player focused on developing optimal solutions together.
- Values personal interactions with colleagues and customers.
Potential Mismatches
- Preference for purely operational tasks without client-facing responsibilities.

- Seeking mainly remote work with limited onsite obligations.
- Unwillingness to pursue continuous self-improvement.

- Your work significantly impacts challenging transformation projects and the growth of the Next Digital Group.
- Comprehensive support for your professional progress including mentoring, coaching, regular feedback, and skill development opportunities.
- Flexible work arrangements, additional vacation days, sports programs, and deliberate breaks to sustain long-term wellbeing and performance.
- Balanced hybrid work model combining presence at offices and client locations with remote flexibility.
