Role Description and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the team effectively to ensure all KPIs and SLAs are consistently met.
- Maintain and monitor Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores as per organizational standards.
- Ensure adherence to Average Handle Time (AHT) for calls and Turnaround Time (TAT) for emails.
- Oversee service requests for HR support across voice and non-voice channels.
- Support HR administrative procedures including the preparation and distribution of documents in English.
- Ensure full compliance with statutory, legal, and client-specific employment regulations.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and capability in people management to drive high-performance teams.
- Handle complex employee relations issues such as disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance management at all levels.
- Motivate and develop team members through monitoring, coaching, counseling, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Employ strategic thinking and sound problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Communicate effectively with excellent presentation and interpersonal abilities.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and HR technology.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience working in both voice and non-voice HR operations.
- Proven ability to mentor and guide team members.
- Excellent communication skills and client management expertise.
- Exposure to US or global HR operations management.
- Prior team handling experience and accustomed to working with international stakeholders.
