Job description
Overview
This role sits with a major global banking organisation and focuses on third-party management, data oversight, and monitoring. The assignment begins as a 12-month contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full lifecycle of external and internal third-party agreements, including checking for and investigating any mismatch between payment activity and contract status.
- Review supplier performance trends and raise potential issues or breaches to relevant stakeholders and senior leaders. This includes working with performance dashboards, governance tracking, and intercompany contract activity.
- Work closely with Resilience Risk and Third Party Risk Management teams to strengthen ageing metrics that represent the third-party risk and control landscape.
- Carry out recurring reviews, quality checks, and audits of the MAS Third Party Register.
- Act as the first point of support for internal users of Third Party Due Diligence platforms.
- Handle day-to-day coordination with Engagement Managers and offshore teams for arrangements moving through due diligence and lifecycle management.
- Assist the Third Party Management team with change initiatives tied to policy updates and operational rollout.
- Help manage implementation of global and local mandates and other strategic initiatives through project coordination.
Requirements
- Between 5 and 8 years of experience in Third Party Management, ideally with a Resilience Risk background.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Hands-on experience with data visualisation tools such as Qlik Sense and Tableau.
- Prior exposure to platforms like Coupa, Appian, and ServiceNow will be an advantage.
