The Manager for Talent Acquisition will collaborate closely with the HR teams across various business units to ensure strict compliance with manpower budgeting and streamline recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with ABC business unit HR teams to guarantee 100% compliance with manpower budget versus actual headcount.
• Optimize the recruitment sourcing mix according to an agreed-upon plan to meet hiring needs efficiently.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards in hiring, particularly maintaining low infant attrition rates and meeting diversity hiring targets relative to the total headcount budget.
• Manage recruitment timelines meticulously, ensuring timely progression from sourcing through to offer issuance and candidate onboarding.
• Maintain robust HR compliance by overseeing accurate and prompt documentation related to personnel joining formalities, managing this in coordination with HR Business Partners.
• Follow recruitment process timelines strictly, ensuring first-time resolution (FTR) for all key hiring activities.
