About the Role
Predactiv is looking for a Manager of Strategic Finance, FP&A who will partner closely with the CFO on planning, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis. The position offers broad exposure across the organization and acts as a connector between several teams. You will translate analysis into meaningful insight, present findings to executives and other stakeholders, and contribute to major strategic decisions while leading company-wide FP&A work.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning process by working with business partners to manage P&L, cash flow, and budget/forecast cycles.
- Build monthly and quarterly forecasts in collaboration with business leaders, with the goal of improving forecast precision.
- Partner directly with the CFO and executive team on company-wide strategic initiatives, including corporate development and M&A support.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams such as the CRO, sales, and operations functions.
- Create, monitor, and present important financial and operating metrics that help leadership make informed decisions.
- Carry out ad hoc financial analysis whenever needed.
- Assess business and operational changes, then prepare thoughtful reporting that highlights trends and supports critical decisions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant FP&A experience in a technology company, plus exposure to investment banking, management consulting, or a Big 4 accounting firm.
- Preferred background of 2 or more years in enterprise software and SaaS.
- Strong financial modeling ability with a track record of converting data into practical business insights.
- High ethical standards and sound business judgment, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders through collaboration.
- Proven capability to build trusted relationships with key business partners across the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance is required; an MBA or CPA is advantageous.
- Strong written communication and presentation skills, along with a well-organized and detail-oriented working style.
- Self-driven, resourceful, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Solid understanding of corporate finance and accounting principles.
- Comfortable in a fast-moving environment and able to adapt to growth and changing processes.
