Role Summary
This position focuses on revenue operations support for sales teams in Singapore, with an emphasis on account transitions, incentive program support, reporting, and client-facing sales materials. The role requires close coordination with business development, customer success, account management, and field sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the process of handing accounts over between Field/Mid-Market Business Development, Customer Success Managers, and Account Managers.
- Review handover quality to make sure account transitions are carried out smoothly.
- Maintain and refresh handover documents and operating workflows.
- Clean, organize, and analyze data to help design and run sales incentive programs for the SME team.
- Share incentive plans and updates with Field/Mid Market Account Executives.
- Track incentive performance and prepare regular reports on program effectiveness.
- Create and update clear documentation for incentive structures so teams stay aligned.
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders to build and implement incentive programs that support business objectives.
- Prepare and revise client-facing materials such as presentations, proposals, and reports for the sales organization.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or higher from a well-regarded university.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a closely related function.
- Previous experience in a large technology company or financial services environment is strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical capability and hands-on experience with data analysis.
- Comfort using Excel, SQL, or business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong attention to detail, along with solid organization and project management ability.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and sales enablement tools.
