Your impact
- Own SEA accounts across the mid- and lower-funnel for 8 countries, while coordinating closely with an external partner agency.
- Manage a larger marketing budget with a strong focus on efficiency, profitability, and long-term growth.
- Improve Search, Performance Max, and Demand Gen campaigns across the full customer journey.
- Maintain and evolve the quality of existing campaign structures and bidding strategies.
- Continuously evaluate campaigns through ROI analysis and turn findings into data-backed recommendations.
- Work closely with the Brand Marketing and Performance Marketing teams to improve budget allocation and unlock synergies.
What you bring
- At least 2–3 years of hands-on SEA experience, ideally in B2C e-commerce or a fast-moving agency setting.
- Confidence in handling large budgets and strong expertise in PMax and Demand Gen campaigns.
- Solid working knowledge of Google Ads Manager, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics 4, and tools such as ProductsUp.
- Proven ability to independently manage SEA accounts and the motivation to drive day-to-day performance.
- Fluency in German and English, plus willingness to collaborate on-site in Stephanskirchen at least two days per week.
