Role Overview
Talabat is hiring a Manager - People Partnering to support its continued growth. This position suits someone who enjoys working with people and wants to be part of a multinational environment.
Key Accountabilities
- Serve as a reliable partner to regional and market leaders in Grocery & Retail on organization structure, talent planning, workforce efficiency, culture, and leadership capability.
- Convert business direction into practical people priorities across all eight markets.
- Ensure regional business goals are aligned with local HR delivery.
- Run regional talent review and succession planning activities to support internal movement and future leadership readiness.
- Use data to advise on organizational health, retention, engagement, and capability shortfalls.
- Improve the employee experience by enabling processes and creating new initiatives.
- Act as the link between leadership and employees when handling concerns, grievances, or policy breaches.
- Oversee manpower planning and budgets, and contribute to recruitment efforts.
- Support business needs by helping develop, engage, and motivate employees.
- Promote a healthy work environment and effective two-way communication through the right channels.
- Manage HR systems, data, and procedures to keep records accurate and up to date.
- Roll out and manage performance review cycles that support strong performance.
- Maintain compensation and benefits programs in coordination with the Rewards Centre of Excellence.
- Prepare reporting and analytics that support stronger decision-making in partnership with the Centre of Excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or Employment Relations; CIPD qualification or coaching experience is considered an advantage.
- At least 7 years of experience in HR business partnering.
- Proven background in managing and influencing stakeholders within complex matrix organizations across multiple markets.
- Comfort working in ambiguous settings and bringing structure, clarity, and direction.
- Exposure to retail or e-commerce, logistics or fulfillment, and other fast-growing business environments is preferred.
- Strong ability to build trusted professional relationships through collaboration and a growth mindset.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

This position is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and is a full-time, onsite role.
