Role Summary

We are looking to hire a Manager, People & Culture on a permanent, full-time basis to be our sole People & Culture point of contact. This role leads employee experience, talent development, benefits administration, and supports strategic people initiatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and aid company-wide cultural initiatives including retreats, recognition, celebrations, surveys, and engagement activities.
  • Coordinate and facilitate All-Hands meetings and Lunch & Learn sessions.
  • Collect and analyze employee feedback from various sources, identify key trends, and suggest culture-enhancing improvements.
  • Manage full employee lifecycle administration from onboarding through exit processes and everything in between.
  • Administer the HRIS system (HiBob), including data management, reporting, and configuration.
  • Lead recruitment efforts and early career programs such as Graduate and Co-Op placements.
  • Oversee company benefits plans for Canadian and US employees in collaboration with brokers and providers.
  • Administer time tracking, including leave balances, requests, and approvals.
  • Partner with Team Leads on leadership coaching and team management support.
  • Manage performance review processes, bonuses, and design growth or corrective plans.
  • Handle daily employee relations issues, with escalation to leadership as needed.
  • Drive engagement with learning and professional development platforms, reviewing new training opportunities aligned with company strategy.
  • Maintain and update compensation frameworks and job leveling in consultation with leadership and market data.
  • Review and ensure compliance of people-related policies, contracts, and work eligibility documentation.
  • Provide insights and advice to the leadership team on people strategy and initiatives.
  • Perform additional relevant duties as assigned in the realm of people, culture, and talent.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of progressive human resources or people operations experience, including 3 years in a senior generalist or leadership role, preferably within technology or consulting sectors.
  • Proven skill in strategic planning, including role design and reward frameworks.
  • Capability to coordinate multiple priorities and stakeholder demands efficiently.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving talents.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Superior organizational skills with capacity to meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Additional certification or formal education in HR or business management fields.
  • Experience managing HRIS and benefits platforms is highly beneficial.
  • Familiarity with the Great Place to Work certification process is an asset.
  • An active or keen interest in leveraging AI tools to improve processes and productivity.
