Job description

Overview

This managerial role requires 10 to 16 years of experience specializing in Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, particularly within Human Capital Management (HCM). Candidates must have a strong background in executing multiple comprehensive implementations and supporting Oracle Fusion modules related to Recruiting, Core HR, and Talent Management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead at least three full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations involving Recruiting, Core HR, and Talent Management modules.
  • Manage support ticket queues effectively, demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Conduct client status meetings, extract key performance metrics, and nurture client relationships to ensure smooth collaboration.
  • Provide subject matter expertise from both functional and technical perspectives.
  • Drive process reengineering efforts to improve business workflows.
  • Oversee technical and testing teams during functionality implementation phases.
  • Coordinate change management initiatives and deliver user training to facilitate business adoption.
  • Handle the entire project lifecycle to ensure timely delivery aligned with organizational goals.
  • Engage stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and understand current and future business processes.
  • Leverage deep Oracle application knowledge to evaluate customer processes against standard Salesforce functionalities.
  • Deliver solutions addressing both fixes and enhancements based on documented business needs.
  • Utilize industry insights to identify risks and challenges in professional services and vertical application support.
  • Perform business problem analysis, data and process modeling, lead workshops, and plan system testing including user acceptance testing.
  • Create and maintain configuration documentation and conduct fit-gap analyses.
  • Support period-end closure activities and generate reports to monitor application performance health.
  • Focus on proactively reducing recurring issues caused by Oracle Fusion applications.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum educational qualifications: BE/BTech, ME/MTech, MBA, BSc, BCom, or BBA.
  • Extensive experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, particularly with end-to-end implementations and support cycles.
  • Proficient in Fusion HCM modules such as Talent Management (Goals, Performance, Talent Review, Succession Planning, Career Development, Learn).
  • Experience customizing talent templates and managing workforce profiles, goal definitions, performance tracking, succession plans, talent pools, and review processes.
  • Solid understanding of data integration between Talent Management modules and enterprise configuration elements like Workforce Structures, FlexFields, Security, and Roles.
  • Expertise in working with Oracle Support for issue resolution.
  • Hands-on experience conducting unit testing and user acceptance testing, collaborating closely with business users for approvals.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes is highly desirable.
