Role overview
This position is responsible for managing physical inbound operations and ensuring delivery of service levels agreed with the customer, while following LLP procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee inbound operations and make sure outcomes meet customer SLA commitments.
- Build and maintain effective communication and working relationships with customers and other stakeholders.
- Independently manage inbound operational activities end to end.
- Support the achievement of performance goals and take part in issue resolution.
- Ensure service providers comply with required standards and SOPs.
- Prepare accurate inputs for billing and management information reporting.
- Monitor day-to-day processes and coordinate team performance effectively.
- Track operational issues, ensure they are resolved, or escalate them when needed.
- Maintain SOP compliance and drive KPI achievement.
- Encourage safe work habits and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
Experience
A minimum of 6 years of experience in the technology sector is required.
Education
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree and a diploma in Supply Chain Management or Logistics.
Skills and competencies
The role calls for strong English and local-language communication, leadership, documentation ability, people management, customer focus, planning and organisation, sound decision-making, and capability to develop team members. Knowledge of PAN India transportation is also important.

The role is expected to support safe working practices, BBS principles, injury prevention, and full compliance with safety regulations.
