Role overview

This position is responsible for managing physical inbound operations and ensuring delivery of service levels agreed with the customer, while following LLP procedures.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee inbound operations and make sure outcomes meet customer SLA commitments.
  • Build and maintain effective communication and working relationships with customers and other stakeholders.
  • Independently manage inbound operational activities end to end.
  • Support the achievement of performance goals and take part in issue resolution.
  • Ensure service providers comply with required standards and SOPs.
  • Prepare accurate inputs for billing and management information reporting.
  • Monitor day-to-day processes and coordinate team performance effectively.
  • Track operational issues, ensure they are resolved, or escalate them when needed.
  • Maintain SOP compliance and drive KPI achievement.
  • Encourage safe work habits and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

A minimum of 6 years of experience in the technology sector is required.

Education
