We collaborate with universities and EdTech companies across the US, Canada, and globally to creatively and effectively develop and deliver online course curricula at cost-effective rates. Our Bangalore office is seeking new team members eager to advance rapidly in a highly competitive environment.
Working Schedule & Benefits
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM; Saturday from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
- Female employees living within 3 kilometers of the office are offered cab facilities.
- Additional bonuses are available for working on Saturdays alongside shift allowances.
Role Responsibilities
- Animate 2D and 3D characters, environments, and graphical assets.
- Conduct video editing ensuring high-quality output.
- Implement AI tools to accelerate production workflows.
- Create motion graphics for videos, presentations, and user interface animations.
- Develop storyboards, animatics, and visual concepts in alignment with project goals.
- Collaborate closely with creative teams to maintain brand consistency and narrative coherence.
- Refine animations based on team and client feedback.
- Stay informed of the latest animation trends, tools, and industry techniques.
- Visualize concepts by researching and assimilating relevant learning materials.
- Prepare rough drafts and present creative concepts to stakeholders.
- Incorporate visual effects and cinematic techniques to enhance animations.
- Coordinate with illustrators, designers, and instructional designers to clarify project objectives and scope.
- Convert, encode, and edit videos while integrating effects and elements to enrich motion graphics.
- Maintain continuity in shots according to scene requirements.
- Enhance video and audio quality using a variety of video editing software.
- Ensure videos meet client specifications in formatting and presentation.
- Engage in brainstorming sessions to introduce fresh design viewpoints and ideas.
- Continuously update knowledge on motion graphics advancements, new technologies, production design trends, and popular music to deliver innovative work.
Qualifications & Skills
- At least 3 years of professional experience in video editing.
- Bachelor's degree in any creative discipline.
- Strong proficiency in video editing with added advantage for motion graphics expertise.
- Experienced with Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe Audition.
- Additional qualifications in multimedia technology, graphic design, 3D design, animation, or fine arts are beneficial.
