Job description
Position Overview
This role involves leading comprehensive talent acquisition processes for corporate functions such as Finance, Legal, HR, Corporate Strategy, Sustainability, Company Secretary, and Controllership. The manager will partner with key business leaders to implement HR strategies that support organizational objectives and foster a strong workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment efforts to ensure timely fulfillment of hiring needs across corporate functions.
- Design and apply effective hiring strategies aligned with business and workforce plans.
- Manage expectations of stakeholders to achieve prompt closure of recruitment mandates.
- Develop robust talent pipelines using diverse sourcing methods and partnerships with recruitment agencies.
- Improve candidate and new employee experiences through streamlined recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Collaborate with business heads to align HR agendas with company goals and act as a trusted advisor on employee relations and organizational effectiveness.
- Assist managers in workforce and succession planning as well as fostering capability development.
- Lead initiatives to boost employee engagement and cultivate a positive organizational culture.
- Coordinate with HR Centers of Excellence to implement key human resource programs and processes efficiently.
- Manage performance management cycles, talent reviews, promotion processes, and potential assessments.
- Identify and support high-potential employees in their development paths.
- Work closely with leaders to enhance team effectiveness and overall employee performance.
- Analyze HR data such as attrition rates, headcount, and talent management outcomes to inform decisions.
- Support organizational design changes, manpower planning, and budgeting exercises.
- Ensure the effective implementation of HR policies tailored to business needs.
- Contribute to leadership pipeline development and succession planning efforts across functions.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated experience in both Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partner roles.
- Excellent skills in stakeholder management and influencing key decision-makers.
- Ability to collaborate with senior leadership to advance strategic people initiatives.
- Strong grasp of talent management processes, employee engagement strategies, performance management, and organizational development.
- Highly proficient in communication, analytics, problem-solving, and managing projects.
- Adopts a data-centric approach to HR strategy and decision-making.
