Role Mission and Responsibilities

• Oversee sourcing activities and strategically select vendors for designated categories such as technology and digital services.
• Execute RFx (Request for Proposal/Quotation) processes and manage vendor onboarding efficiently.
• Support contract negotiations as well as renewal negotiations to ensure favorable terms.
• Maintain up-to-date vendor documentation complying with internal standards and policies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for business teams regarding everyday procurement inquiries and issues.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Possess a minimum of 5 to 6 years in procurement or vendor management roles.
• Preferably have experience working with technology or professional service categories.
• Demonstrate strong skills in managing stakeholder relationships effectively.
• Capable of handling sourcing processes independently with a structured and meticulous approach.
