Key Responsibilities

• Achieve and surpass store sales targets and key performance indicators consistently
• Provide exceptional customer service and engage actively on the sales floor
• Oversee daily store functions including proper opening and closing routines
• Manage product inventory by handling stock flow, restocking, and prepping merchandise
• Develop comprehensive product knowledge to effectively suggest and upsell items
• Maintain excellent visual merchandising and ensure the store is presented impeccably
• Assist with sales reporting and proactively identify potential growth opportunities
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations

Candidate Profile
