Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and surpass store sales targets and key performance indicators consistently
- Provide exceptional customer service and engage actively on the sales floor
- Oversee daily store functions including proper opening and closing routines
- Manage product inventory by handling stock flow, restocking, and prepping merchandise
- Develop comprehensive product knowledge to effectively suggest and upsell items
- Maintain excellent visual merchandising and ensure the store is presented impeccably
- Assist with sales reporting and proactively identify potential growth opportunities
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
Candidate Profile
To be successful, you must be motivated by results and customer satisfaction, comfortable working in a fast-paced retail setting, and able to independently drive your performance. Essential qualities include:
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and KPIs
- Effective communication and engaging interpersonal abilities
- Preferably over one year of retail experience
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and retail technologies
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude
- Capacity to sustain standing and activity throughout shifts
- An interest in sports, fashion, or retail is advantageous
- A team player with a positive demeanor and strong work ethic
