Role Summary

The Manager, Fraud & Complaints, Solar Servicing oversees complex investigations that help protect the bank from legal, financial, reputational, and operational exposure. The role leads internal staff and/or external vendor teams handling fraud and complaint investigations, including cases involving installers, borrowers, sales representatives, and both first-party and third-party fraud. The position also focuses on improving processes, automating routine work, increasing productivity, and creating actionable insights for the team.

Key Duties

In addition to the core responsibilities of the role, team members may be assigned other tasks as needed to keep the organization efficient and responsive as it grows.

This position is primarily office-based, though some roles may be permitted to work remotely using technology at management’s discretion. The job may require extended periods of:

  • working in a stationary position
  • using hands and fingers for tasks
  • viewing a computer monitor with visual focus
  • operating office equipment such as printers and scanners
  • communicating clearly in speaking and/or writing

Compensation

The pay range for this role is $75,000 for entry-level qualifications up to $80,000 for highly experienced candidates. The exact rate depends on the selected candidate’s background and prior experience.
